The Only Video Interview with the late Kwaku Adu Baffour

Below is a short video interview with him after the Nice terror attack in 2016.

Nana Kwaku Adu as we often call him is one of the founding fathers of the Ghanaian Community in France. A Royal from Asante Mompong in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, Kwaku Adu has lived in Paris for the past forty years. He is actually one of the first Africans to have owned a shop in Paris which opened the path for other Africans in France.

Nana died on the 22nd July 2019 after a short illness leaving behind seven children with three different wives. Three of the children in Paris, two in Ghana and the other two in London.

On the 16th August 2019, Nana will be laid in state for the Ghanaian Community in France to see him for the last time at

Tradition demands that a Royal of his kind be buried in his homeland. Nana will be flown to Asante Mampong on the
17th August 2019 where he will finally find a resting place.

The Final Funeral in France will be held on the
2nd November 2019
