Fare Thee Well Rev. Richard Asamoah-Ghanaian Community in France
29/05/2015 will forever remain in the records of the Ghanaian Community in France. It was the day the Ghanaian Community in France joined Mrs. Elizabeth Asamoah and all Pastors of Ghanaian Churches in the Paris Region to perform the final funeral rites of Pastor Richard Asamoah of the Trinity Assemblies of God Church in France. He passed away on last 11/05/2015 in Paris. It all happened at Salle La Briche St. Denis near Paris.
The occasion was a very unifying opportunity for Ghanaians in France. All associations, Religious and Traditional groups, came together to mourn the deceased and show affection to our Pastors who stood as a block behind their late colleague.
Backed by Hon. Osei Mensah, GHACIF/FEGHADE President and the Traditional Council, Nana Charles Ansah Sasraku, Ghanafohene in France delivered a speech on behalf of all Ghanaians living in France.
The sermon was said by Apostle Boateng of BPMI. Mr. Osei Kuffour read the family’s tribute and the prayer for the Family was said by Apostle Effah Kyere founder of MTCM.
The Assemblies of God France under their Headpastor Rev. Ntim Sarpong donated 5200euros for the funeral’s cost. He also read the church’s tribute.
People from all walks of life were present. The Ghanaian Clergy in France,Sofo Maame Elizabeth and the entire family hereby express gratitudes to all. Your presence and sympathy made the ceremony unique.
