President John Mahama was in Paris, France, for a meeting with French President, Francois Hollande on Climate Change and an Electrification for Africa Project.

The meeting at the Elysee Palace was attended by four other African Leaders, President Thomas Boni Yayi of Benin, Prime Minister Dessalegn of Ethiopia, President Alpha Condé of Guinea and President Ali Bongo of Gabon.

President Mahama who was on his way to Malta for a meeting on Migration placed forward Ghana and Africa’s position on Climate Change.
This Élysée Palace meeting took place ahead of the COP 21 Heads of State Summit.
