#FranceInGhana French Prime Minister Manuel Valls visited Franklin House, a detention place for slaves ,located in Jamestown, and placed a wreath at The Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum. He seized this opportunity to reaffirm the necessity to build new bridges between Africa and Europe
