On 27th July 2017, a selection committee of the French Solidarity Program on “Strengthening of Civil Societies in Ghana” composed of partners of the French Embassy met to do a final selection of project proposals submitted during a month long call for proposals geared towards the governance and environmental sectors.
At the end of the process, four were chosen from a total of 120 projects. Through this program, France endeavors to strengthen civil societies in Ghana through capacity building within organizations and also through the disbursement of financial aid for projects they envisage for their various communities.

Le 27 juillet 2017, un comité de sélection du Programme de Solidarité Français sur le «Renforcement des sociétés civiles au Ghana», composé de partenaires de l’ambassade de France, s’est réuni pour procéder à la sélection finale de propositions de projets soumises lors d’un appel d’offre d’un mois pour la gouvernance et les secteurs environnementaux.
À la fin du processus, quatre ont été choisis parmi un total de 120 projets. A l’image de ce programme, la France s’efforce de renforcer les sociétés civiles ghanéennes par le renforcement des capacités de ses organisations, à travers une aide financière accordée à ce type de projets.
