The funeral took place at Saint Denis La Briche near the French capital, Paris. Several Ghanaian associations, church bodies and the entire traditional leadership in France under the leadership of Ohemaa Ajoakour, Nana Charles Ansah, Mr. Koffi Sertodji and Nana Aburokyirede were present.

The Akuapem association of France led by Nana Awuku of which Mr. Antwi is an executive member, performed all the customs. The couple belongs to both the Presbyterian and the Pentecost Churches in France. Congregants and leaders of these two churches were present in their numbers. Infact an important cross section of the Ghanaian Community in France honoured the invitation.

The outstanding personality at the occasion was Her Excellency Mrs. Genevieve Tsegah; Ghana’s Ambassador in France. Accompanied by the Embassy staff, she came to console her Embassy driver; Mr. Antwi.

The Antwi family says a big « Thank You » to all their well-wishers for their generosity, sympathy and presence.
