Some 700 participants from 40 countries gathered on a 20,000 sqm exhibition space: 220 chocolatiers, pastry makers, confectioners and cocoa-producing countries, along with the greatest chefs, pastry chefs, designers and experts who treated visitors with chocolate recipes, conferences and other activities.
See you next year, from 28 October through 1 November 2016, for the 22nd edition: a unique opportunity to discover and taste the latest creations of the biggest international names in chocolate, pastry, ice-cream, and the greatest cocoas from producing countries, all of them gathered in Paris for this occasion.
