The Embassy Caution Notice after a Ghanaian student drowned in Strasbourg

N O T I C E:  CAUTION TO PREVENT DROWNING

The Embassy of Ghana in France would like to caution all Ghanaians especially those visiting France for their summer holidays or taking summer courses at French institutions of education that they should exercise extreme care when spending time by rivers, the ocean or other large bodies of water.  This notice follows the sudden and tragic death by drowning of Mr. Aminou Caesar, a Ghanaian student in Strasbourg on the 26^th of July, 2015.  The Ambassador of Ghana to France and all members of staff at the Embassy wish to express their deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
